Individual 360 — Sequential Functional Overview

Individual 360 provides a single, real-time view of an individual, bringing together the latest interactions, open actions, and overall relationship context into one cohesive experience. This page explains how Individual 360 is constitued, and how platform capabilities come together to enable faster, more informed decisions.

Up to date information of an Individual

Note

Every interaction with an individual results in events that matter.

Individual Events may originate from:

1. Core platforms
2. Operational systems
3. User interactions
4. External and third-party sources
5. Agentic AI Workflows

These events may include updates, activities, transactions, behavioral outcomes, or relationship changes. The comprehensive view is a summary of all the information from all sources as a snapshot of data related to the individual resulting from these events.

Real-time aggregation and normalization

Important

Individual 360 operates on live data — not delayed snapshots.

At this stage:

1. Incoming individual events are aggregated in real time
2. Data is normalized into a canonical individual model
3. Duplicate or conflicting records are reconciled

Outcome: Individual data is structured, consistent, and identity-aware.

Step 3 — Individual state is persisted in the Single Source of Truth

Warning

The Single Source of Truth underpins every downstream experience.

The SSOT:

1. Stores the current and historical state of the individual
2. Maintains timelines, relationships, and version history
3. Ensures traceability and auditability

Outcome: One authoritative individual record exists across the platform.

Step 4 — 360° individual view is assembled

Tip

This is where system data becomes human-readable context.

The platform composes:

1. Recent individual events
2. Ongoing and completed actions
3. Financial or operational state
4. Historical outcomes

Outcome: A unified, real-time view of the individual is available to users and workflows.

Step 5 — Intelligence layers activate

Important

Intelligence is applied based on the individual’s current state, not static attributes.

At this stage:

1. Rules engines evaluate thresholds and priorities
2. AI models analyze individual event patterns
3. Predictive insights and behavioral indicators are generated

Outcome: Individual data is transformed into actionable intelligence.

Step 6 — Context-aware decisions and actions

Caution

Actions may be automated or human-assisted depending on confidence and policy.

Insights derived from individual events drive:

1. Alerts and notifications
2. Recommendations and next-best actions
3. Workflow routing and prioritization

Outcome: Decisions are executed in real time using full individual context.

Step 7 — Outcomes are captured and reconciled

Note

What actually happens is always recorded and reflected.

Captured outcomes include:

1. Responses or inactivity
2. Completions, payments, or escalations
3. Exceptions or overrides

These outcomes are written back as new individual events. Outcome: The individual’s state reflects reality, not assumptions.

Step 8 — Continuous learning loop

Tip

Every outcome improves future decisions.

Here:

1. Rules are refined
2. AI models learn from individual event outcomes
3. Patterns across individuals improve accuracy over time

Outcome: The platform continuously improves without manual tuning.

Step 9 — Platform-wide consistency

Important

Every system reads from the same source of truth.

This ensures:

1. No conflicting individual views
2. No duplicated logic
3. No manual reconciliation

Outcome: A consistent experience across the organization.

End-to-end flow summary

Note

Individual 360 operates as a closed-loop system.

Individual Events → Aggregation → SSOT → 360 View → Intelligence → Actions → Outcomes → Learning → SSOT
